A good class bungalow (GCB) at No.24 White House Park in District 10 will go on sale through a public auction on 27 August at Amara Hotel, according to marketing agent DTZ.

The 17,151 sq ft freehold site is located within an established GCB area and currently features a two-storey bungalow with a basement and large open field.

The site is zoned residential under the 2008 Master Plan and borders other exclusive neighbourhoods, namely Dalvey Estate, Nassim Road and Cluny Park. According to DTZ, the plot could be redeveloped into a luxurious bungalow.

Nearby amenities include the Botanic Gardens, Orchard Road shopping belt and the future Stevens MRT station on the Downtown line, while several top schools like Singapore Chinese Girls’ School and Anglo Chinese Primary are within minutes’ drive away. The site is also close to major roads and expressways.

Shaun Poh, DTZ’s Head of Investment Advisory Services and Auction, said: "Given its prime location and sought after address, the subject property is an attractive and choice acquisition for high net worth individuals looking for land to build their dream house or for investment."

Recent transactions of GCB land in the vicinity include No.63 Belmont Road, sold for around S$1,500 psf while No.51 Holland Park was acquired for about S$1,890 psf.
