Several developments in Singapore were recognised at the prestigious FIABCI Prix d’Excellence Awards 2013 held in Taiwan.
Reflections at Keppel Bay by developer Keppel Land was a gold winner under the Residential (High Rise) category.
Sandy Island, the first luxury development at Sentosa Cove by YTL Land clinched gold in the Residential (Low Rise) category.
Far East Organization nabbed the gold award in the Specialised Project (Purpose Built) category for its Novena Lifestyle and Medical Hub development which integrates a medical centre and retail podium directly linked to a hospital.
Meanwhile, My Waterway@Punggol by the HDB also won gold under the Public Infrastructures/Amenities category. The housing board is the only public agency that won in the global award category.
