The 512-unit Hillview Peak condominium (pictured) recently launched by Kingsford Development is expected to draw buyers and investors looking for a property in the prestigious yet quiet Hillview area.
The 99-year leasehold project comprises units of up to four-bedrooms and comes will full facilities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, tennis court and basement car parks.
Hillview Peak is within proximity to reputable schools such as Hwa Chong Institution and Raffles Girls’ School as well as the upcoming Hillview MRT station.
The project is expected to be completed in May 2015.
