Four new private housing developments will be launching over the next two weeks, providing prospective buyers with a variety of housing options in much sought-after locations.
Oxley Mosaic will unveil its 50-unit Oxley Edge at 308 River Valley Road this Thursday (28 March). The freehold project comprises a five-storey block that sits on a 12,072 sq ft site. Of the total number of units available, 45 will be residential ranging from one, one plus studio, two-bedders and penthouses, while the remainder are shops. Oxley Edge is within proximity to the CBD and is in a high-tenancy location.
Launching a day later on 29 March is freehold mixed-use project Spazio@Kovan by Spazio Land. Featuring 48 homes and 34 shops, it is located on a 19,467 sq ft site at 767 Upper Serangoon. Residences include one- to three-bedders and penthouses, ranging between 409 sq ft to 1,300 sq ft.
Meanwhile, Singland Development will launch its 99-year leasehold Mon Jervois along Jervois Road on 5 April. 107 units will be available, from one-bedroom plus study to four-bedders and penthouses spread across five blocks, each five storeys high. Prices start from S$1.3 million. Sited within the Jervois Good Class Bungalow (GCB) enclave, the development is close to Tanglin, Orchard Road and the CBD.
Lastly, Jade Residences by Roxy Residential will open to buyers on 6 April. Offering a resort living concept, the freehold development will comprise 171 residential units and two shops. Two- to four-bedroom layouts and penthouses will be available.
