An exclusive freehold 24-storey residential tower in Nishiazabu, Tokyo will be launching in Singapore this weekend (30 – 31 March) at St. Regis Hotel.

The launch of The Parkhouse (pictured) provides a rare opportunity as this is only the fourth Japanese property to be showcased in the city-state during the last two years. Meanwhile, Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) has been appointed as its marketing agent.

Jointly developed by Mitsubishi Jisho Residence, Secome Home Life K.K. and CapitaLand Azabu West TMK, the project offers 190 units. Mitsubishi Jisho’s own architect designed the facade and interiors with luxurious finishings.

Unit prices are between S$767,000 and SS3.68 million and range from two-to three-bedroom layouts. Aside from offering scenic views of Tokyo, there are a range of facilities like Mercedez-Benz car club rental services, catering services by Hiramatsu restaurant and 24-hour bilingual concierge service.

Buyers can obtain a guaranteed lease through a master lease management company.

The property is centrally located in the popular Nishiazabu district and is accessible via the nearby ‘Hiroo’ station on the Hibiya line that connects to Roppongi, Ginza and Tsukiji. Other nearby amenities include fashionable shops, supermarkets, restaurants and other entertainment spots.

The Parkhouse is set to be completed in May 2014.
