With many Singaporeans making Malaysia their top choice for overseas property investments, Asia’s leading property portal group, PropertyGuru, decided to bring in a number of top Malaysian developers to showcase their most sought-after property developments in Malaysia.
To be held this weekend, on 3 and 4 December at Orchard Hotel, the Malaysia Property Showcase 2011 will feature big names including Andaman Group, Ireka Corporation Bhd, Lone Pine Group, Sime Darby Property, The Haven Sdn Bhd and UEM.
Visitors to the free-admission showcase will be able to interact with the developers and attend seminars by industry experts, such as financial institutions, developers and industry watchdogs.
Among the topics to be discussed include Legalities for Foreign Property Investors to Malaysia, Investment Opportunities in Nusajaya, Iskandar Malaysia; Iskandar Regional Development Authority by Azwah Mohd Noo, Intricacies of Property Financing in Malaysia/Mortgage by Adrian Un and Property Investment: Mortgage and Grow Rich by Alfred Chia.
The event will also feature developments such as Andaman Group’s The Arc (pictured), Lone Pine Group’s 1 Tanjong, Sime Darby Property’s Isola, Ireka Corporation Berhad’s SENI Mont’ Kiara and UEM Land Holdings’ Impiana @ East Ledang and Imperia @ Puteri Harbour.
In recognising the growing real estate investment opportunities throughout Malaysia, the inaugural event hopes to broaden the outlook of Singaporeans who are interested in investing across the causeway.
