For tenants profile who are looking at renting a detached house, the rent tenure is typically 2 years lease, where if they are foreigners, diplomatic clause is a common request where they can give 2 months notice after staying a period of 12 months should they be required to leave Singapore.

If you have any specific requirements on tenants, it will be good to list them down and we can work accordingly on them. Typically, we will leave it up to the tenant to make an offer with their conditions of lease for considerations whether to accept or reject, because different tenants will have different requirements.
