1) This is strange to hear such things happening.
2) It is common that some of the listings are fishing ads which the agent usually won't respond to the agent's text or call.
3) Agent usually will very much willing to respond to buyers even if their listings are sold.
4) I believed this could be an isolated case where the agent might have replaced their phone number or phone got hacked.
5) The above is not rare, especially we have to attend many calls and text msg a day thus we are more prone to being hacked.
