Hi Amazed,

$1300 psf for District 11 is not nothing to be amazed about. The prices of the surrounding condo units are also commanding at a strong baseline. Generally, most units in D11 (newton/novena) are going at about $1,500psf strong. The newer projects are going at about $1,800psf. As Montebleu are located within the medical hub vicinity, it is commanding a slightly lower pricing. But it is a hit with expats and tenants working working in the area.

District 20, Ang Mo Kio, Centro Residences last lodged a caveat at $1300 psf.
