Why is that inhouse course conducted by the property is not accepted and recognised by the CEA?

i think most in house courses are streamline towards sales, marketing and transaction procedures.. CEA has more in depth knowledge on real estate content .. some of the established agencies are gearing up to be an approved centre for such training...call us 9680 4288
