Normally,"service fees" of 1% when u engage him to SOURCE for units matching your needs and wants. He would needs time and effort and money to make arrangements for u to view the units and then on negotiation.

The fees are not for any otherwise. If u do not want to pay commission as a private property buyer, then you are likely to take the trouble to find and arrange your own viewings. In some cases, u might be making a hundred calls and not finding something that matches your requirements.
