why do agents not return my calls or sms'? I am a very serious buyer, looking to buy 2 or possibly 3 units in a particular development on property guru. I called 2 agents from well known agencies advertising the development. One said "he would get back to me" and has not, 3 days later. The other did not pick up so I left a voice message, again no return call. I also sent sms to 3 other agents advertising the developement on this site, not one has returned my message! Why advertise and then ignore buyers?!
