Why are some agents allowed to use fake property photo to lure would be buyers? I was mislead by the nice photo and contacted this propnex agent. Anyway I carried on the deal because I liked the location. I introduced my own agent to represent me as buyer.. From then onwards, he revealed his questionable character. He did not help to ensure smooth transaction. After resale approval, he doesn't take my agent's calls. He also created a rift between the seller and buyer and made things difficult in such a way that I have to contact him directly. And finally because this agent was so unprofessional, I have to liaise directly with Seller too. How does the agent's society weed unprofessional agents like this?
