If your qualification is not exempted from obtaining the RES certificate as well as passing the exams, you will be required to enrol for the RES course and pass the RES exams before you can apply to be a Real Estate Salesperson. There are various schools which offer the RES course so you may wish to explore around. All companies in term of structure and program are similar, where the difference usually lies with the people you are working together with. It will be difficult to know which is suitable until you have started working together. While many top producers boasts track records you can follow, remember that trade secrets are hardly shared.
