I am having an interview with an aspiring new salesperson next week, do you wish to come by and we can talk together?
It is not so much about us but rather more about yourself. Your hunger to succeed must be there before anyone can assist. I have seen many salesperson without the hunger and expecting the team to feed them with buyers and sellers as well as accomodate to their timing for viewings, this not only waste their time but everyone's time.
If you are keen to listen and share with me what you can contribute before the team contributes, let's arrange for a meet up.
