Hello Prior to signing off a TA , u should have negotiated for all ur requirements.

After signing off, the landord will not bother u. Why would he/she be hard to work with. If there is anything, it is more likely from ur side. What u want to include is Early Termination Clause but subject to landlord agreement too as it is only 1 yr lease.

Hi,

1) The announcement of HIP for block 104 Potong Pasir Ave 1 is 1 Aug 2014, and billed in 20 Apr 2024.
2) This means that it is safe to buy without worrying having need to pay in cash for the HIP.
