Pro and cons. Pro is the location is walking distance to Plaza Sing still it is off to the hill side that offers some serene and quietness.

    I guess in times like this 1600psf is not considered high high yet. =)

    Frankly if there are owners getting cold feet and want to let go around 1300.. I might consider getting one for long term. However I think that is likely to happen in the short term so I'll probably want to wait. I'm not too keen on joining the herd to buy a property just because everyone is doing so. I'll keep in touch with you.
