Hi Maya,

Definitely construction & noise is inevitable, but what you can control is picking the right projects that are near the upcoming stations but not that close enough to be inconvenienced by it. When the TEL is up, there will be connectivity towards CBD & airport areas, properties along the MRT route will eventually reap the benefits. Thanks and may I understand your requirements so to value-add to your housing plans further?

Impact from which perspective? The TEL at Bayshore will definitely spruce up the value of homes in the area given its convenience to travel downtown and near the beach. In fact I would like to think that supporting amenities will be in perspective too.
