What requirements are there for to move from privatisation to HDB?
(1) I am confused between the resale flats and ownership of flats. Resale flats state that you need 6 months to be able to buy hdb after selling your private property while you need 30 months for non resale. What is the difference between resale & non-resale then?
(2) I am considered a first-time applicant under the public scheme. Will I be able to receive the housing grant given that I have an ownership in a industrial business?
