What is the typical average commission for an agent selling a 4 room hdb, a condo and a landed property respectively?

Evening,

For HDB, the commission payable is more negotiable as the salesperson is not required to share the commission with buyer's agent. However, for private and landed property, it's a market practise that the seller agent have to share commission with buyer's agent. Hence the commission payable might not have much room for negotiation.
