Total cost adds up to about $1,600 including RES course fees, exam and agency fees. But you can enjoy discounts and claims of up to $1,300.
I think more important is how much you can earn, e.g. if you join an agency that provides you the products/listings to get started immediately... and become a knowledgeable and versatile agent whether you want to market our products in landed housing, condo, shops, offices, industrial or overseas properties.
