We could start to work out your budget based on your loan amount and funds on hand (CPF OA and cash).
Use budget to check which are the projects that are within your affordability and requirements (like number of bedrooms, floor level, size etc).
Process for new condo purchase will take 8 weeks.
Once you decide on an unit, pay a booking fee of 5% cash. Within 2 weeks from booking an unit, developer will issue sale and purchase agreement. As a buyer, you need to exercise the S&P within 3 weeks.
Stamp duty is payable within 2 weeks from your exercise of S&P. Lastly balance downpayment of 15 to 20% (depends on construction progress) will be payable on completion date.
