I would say amongst the condos in pasir ris grove, the palette offers the best balance in terms of not being too old, reasonable price point, modern exterior design with a large land size, and walking distance to MRT and mall, and more than half of the units are away from the road noise. The new pasir ris integrated development and cross island mrt is also coming up, which will give a boost to the values in the area once completed.
As of education nodes, local schools within 1km are angsana pri, elias park pri, park view pri. For international school, the popular Overseas Family School is also about 5 mins drive away.
