I supposed your unit is 646 sqft in size HDB 3-room 3S type?
If so, the recent comparable transactions in the same block are around 302k-320k.
I am currently marketing another unit at 90 commonwealth drive as well, have some buyers on hand who may be keen on stirling as well.
