Hi Sir/Mdm
Same as private non-landed property, the market rate for commission of agents ranges from 1%-3%. There is no fixed rate of commission by law, usually agreed mutually between the seller and agent.
The norm is that the seller's agent will need to share his commission with the buyer's agent. So technically the commission is half of what is given by the seller.

The commission is usually 1-2% guidelines, but if based selling price there is an incentive which sellers are happy to pay... It might be due to exclusivity which might be able to do that...
Also, the agent must be ethical to welcome all cobrokes and professional trained for pricing to fetch the pricing...
