What are the characteristics of a good property agent?

This is a very subjective and greatly depends on the scenario when you are asking this question.
There are clients who are on very good terms with a property agent, where the property agent can share the market information constantly with the client, but when it comes to selling the property, he seems to be going nowhere and other agents come in and get it sold within a week.
