As much as our client wants their salesperson to be up-to-date, it's also important that our client follow along. The practice which you might have heard was way back to ancient times. With the current ruling, regardless of the rental amount, the client is to pay their salesperson respectively. 1 year lease = 1/2 month rental as commission and 2 years lease = 1 month rental as commission.
