Hi Architoh,

You can choose to spend money on Strait Times advertisements to advertise on your room rental if not, you can try google for free property websites to advertise.

You cant do so in PropertyGuru as only subscribed personnels can post advertisements.

Dear Architoh,

Thank you for your enquiry. I am concern about your question on finding an advertising platform to advertise your room available for rental, as I am not sure if you are aware of the legal procedures involved in the rental, otherwise you may actually run foul with the regulations and consequences.

If paying commission for this transaction is a concern, you may actually sound off and we can work something around your concern.
