we often hear that district 9, 10 and 11 are the best for investments if one can afford it. however, the boundary between district 10 and 11 are quite blurred to me though we have the official listings from ura website which secctor corresponds to which district. can you advise exactly where wld be considered district 11 and where 10. also if we have cash for only 1, which of the above 3 is the most preferred one for investment? assuming for rental income
