We boooked a BTO but due to my ownership (25%) at Malaysia, we are now appealing the HLE. An officer was assigned for our case and we submitted all relevant documents to her inclusive transferring the ownership documents. Yet there is no updates from her? Who should i look for in this case? We booked our flat during March. Super worried now. Please advise. Thank you so much
