We are married sc.Our combined monthly income is 4K.Intend to sell our 5 room flat first and upgrade to 3 bedroom EC.Is it possible to get 80 percent loan from banks enough for 3 bedroom EC?is it possible to get loan around 600k?usually, what are the price range for 3 bedroom EC?

Ans: Its possible, better to do an In-Principle-Approval to get a confirmation for the banks first. We'll be able to assist to get a mortgage specialist assist with your requirements.

Ans: Loan at 80% for $600k, may be alittle tough for $4k combined income. You may want to consider a smaller 3BR EC unit.
