we are married ec,total income of 3.5k,with 5 years car servicing loan left.want to upgrade to new 3 bedroom ec.selling our 5 room flat in punggol,few months left till mop,with hdb outstanding balance of 240k,we bought at 360k,can we afford to upgrade to new 3 bedroom ec?prefer punggol.

Beside the outstanding loan, also need to reduct the CPF amount & interest.
