As what my fellow professional C.T. Low has mentioned, since you are considered a DIY seller, why do you still want to engage a salesperson for documentation works?
Anyway, I believe most of us will still be charging our own standard rates to settle whatever paperworks that a DIY seller would need us to do so, unless we are in deep need of money (probably from lack of sale). Simply because why would a salesperson want to put his name into the transaction when the presentations during the sales process are not undertaken by him or her? Should there be any case of misrepresentation, the salesperson will get into trouble.
