If you look at the surroundings, there are already many new developments such as Hills Twoone, Laurel Tree and The Lanai, and those are not even fully sold. Furthermore, there's the freehold Natura @ Hillview, which could potentially be a better choice for en bloc.

You can have also see the fate of large plots of en bloc sale recently (e.g. Normanton Park, Euro-Asia Apartments and Amber Park), or the ones that pushed through, such as D'Leedon (former Farrer Court), Leedon Residences (former Leedon Heights).

If you're thinking of getting/retaining your unit for the sake of an en bloc sale, you might want to reconsider.
