There are alot of questions and answers about exclusive agreements.... but it is funny that almost all agents recommend to get an exclusive signed, but when you speak to them and ask them to sell the property, they ask you whether there is an exclusive and if you say no, they usually tell you don't sign with anyone yet "and give me some time to see if I can sell first" !
