Hi Mr. Peter,

You have a point there, but this new EC land plot will have resale levy payable and being nearer MRT, would probably fetch a higher land price during tender. You will probably see the product launch only 24months later at the earliest, which by then Terrace EC would have been near its TOP already.

Would you want to wait for a potentially higher priced EC which TOP much later than Terrace? There's no guarantee that market sentiment will be the same as it is now, where you can still find value-buys at developer launches. Thanks and hope to assist with your Terrace EC purchase plans further. How should I get in touch?
