Should i sell my 25 yr old leasehold condo now amidst current market environment.
My place is on small plot that is having trouble getting en bloc. i'm worried and feel like selling it before the value depreciates to below my buying price.

1) Regent Park's annual growth rate seems healthy compared to island-wide performance.
2) The average transacted psf is around $1,22x.
3) For parents looking for prestige primary school, this psf is still a good catch.
4) You are right that Regent Park is the oldest development among others within this area, 25 yrs since TOP.
5) The next old development is Monetery Park which is 17 yrs old from TOP.
6) Older condo tends to be more run down and have a higher maintenance cost. It is good to move on for your own stay.
7) If this is purely for rental yield then still can keep fetching a good return on investment.
