Requesting multiple HDB valuation reports.
Will it affect or be any different, if I request for multiple reports even if the report is valid 3 months?
Example: i request report now for my HDB flat and it is valid till end Dec. But in November, i request another valuation report, hoping the price will increase.
Am i able to? Is there any restrictions?
