Ref to HDB InfoWEB...only Singapore citizen can buy resale hdb flats. I heard that previously SPRs were allowed. Can someone confirm if that's true and when is the new law kicked in? thanks

Afternoon,

Only married SPR with SPR or SPR with SC can buy resale unit. Married SPR with foreigners are not allow to purchase resale HDB unit. SPR singles are not allowed to purchase resale HDB unit.
