Q1.Hi experts If I sign Exclusive, any agreement with agent comm like 1%or 2% or must pay for 2%?
Q2.Howlong valitity of exclusive?(if my valuation expiry put new val is it still continue same exclusive?)

Hi Dhaya,

It is advisable to iron out all the terms and conditions prior to signing any exclusive agreement with agents.

A typical exclusive agreement usually lasts for about 3 months.

Hi Dhaya,

In a typical exclusive agreement, the commission for the agent who market your flat is usually 2% and the agreement will last for 3mths.
