previously I bought a 5 room flat direct from HDB and due to divorce, I bought over the flat (after refunding his CPF funds).
My current spouse also had the same issue..only difference is he bought a resale flat with housing grant.
We then now own a resale flat using bank loan.
Are we stil eligible for DBSS flats?
