My advise is engage a maximum number of 3 salespersons to assist you in the sale such that you can manage them in terms of pricings. The more salespersons you engage, the more difficulty you have in managing them.
With these 3 salespersons engaged, you may wish to rate them according to their performances and shortlist to further 2 or 1 who can perform better.
