Hi,

1) Congrats on passing RES on the 1st attempt. This is an achievement not easy to achieve. You must be in the top 20% of all candidates.
2) All EAs will allow newbies to sell new condo projects. It is the choice of each real estate agent.
3) To join a new project sale, all agents who join will have to pay a fee for marketing materials. This is a standard across the industry.
4) There are 5 agencies that I'm aware of that usually will get awarded to perform sales on new development from developers; Propnex, ERA, Huttons, Orangetee, SRI.
5) The 1st 3 are the most popular agencies involved in new project sales.
6) Subtaintial training shall be provided for each project you join.
7) You are also given a choice of whether to join in all marketing activities conducted by the project management.
8) In current practice, project taggers are available for each project to assist you when you have a direct client or are approached by a walk-in customer.
9) All-in-all, once you joined a project sales. All people in the team will want to help you to close sales regardless of whether you are newbies or not.
10) You have to join under a qualified real estate agent to join an EA. Your upline will guide and coach on all activities you wish to do on real estate.
