I will usually advise my clients to look into purchasing 2 bedrooms if it is within their affordability as a 2 bedrooms configuration can cater to a bigger pool of purchasers except those with limited funds (small family for own occupation or investment through rental).

I usually advise my clients to purchase 2 or 3 bedroom units as it will be easier to rent or sell in the future. For Parc Rosewood's location, your pool of tenants or buyers will likely consist of couples or small family. A 2 or 3 bedroom unit will suit their lifestyle better as compared to a 1 bedroom unit which typically only attracts investors.

If your finances allow , I would also suggest my clients to purchase a 2 BR and above as it is not just for own stay , but more of a future investment venture.
