My wife have good credit ratings but not me. Recently, I settled Full Settlement with several banks. For past 1.5 year, I been making on-time payment to them under the debt relief program with the help of credit counseling.
We find it hard to find IPA from banks so that we can proceed to buy an EC/Condo even with a combined income of 10k.
Likely, we are not getting a Full 80% loan as we got our sales proceedings from our HDB house. What we are expecting to take up to 55%.
Any suggestion?
