My Resale HDB is due for completion soon. HDB stipulate that buyer and seller should arrange for an inspection before completion date. I contacted seller to arrange for inspection 2 weeks before completion and he rejected my request. Instead offer 1 day before completion as he have yet to vacant. 1 day is really last minute if there is anything that requires rectification. Should this be the case or do i have the right to request for earlier date?
