My husband and I co-own a property. I just found out that he secretly used this property to obtain an OD loan. My husband refuses to tell me anything. The bank also refuse to provide me with the details of the OD, stating that I'm not entitled because I am not a party of this transaction. But I am the co-owner! Gurus, kindly advice me! Thank you.
