My husband and I are PR since 2004, we bought a house in JB in 2007 and stay with parents. Currently, we are thinking of settle down in Singapore and would like to buy a resale hdb. We do not want to sell the house as parents are still staying in JB for retirement. With the new rule, are we eligible to buy resale hdb? any successful case or can appeal if the application is rejected? wat are the documents needed to prove that the house is for love and affection, let our parents stay.
