Having kids myself, I do feel the importance of getting ready for P1 registration. Nevertheless, has your appointed salesperson provide you with any feedback on buyers and issues?
It is important for the appointed salesperson to update the status in marketing the unit to their respective clients, since clients have entrusted the rights solely to the salesperson if they are on exclusive basis.
My way of working is to report back weekly on the past weeks efforts and responses from buyers as well as cobroke salesperson such that my client understands the entire situation.
Have a good talk with your appointed salesperson to understand what is behind the issue of unable to sell after 3 months. If you are unhappy with his explanations on top of performance, you are always free to terminatte the salesperson's services and engage another salesperson, but do give your existing salesperson a chance to explain and buck up, although I'd very much love to be the next salesperson assisting you.
