My HDB flat is currently owned by me and my mom for about 7 years. As I'm getting married, my spouse and I would like to take over this flat currently owned by me & my mom. By doing a transfer in ownership (removing my mom and adding my spouse as the owner), does my MOP resets or it remains the same?
If the MOP doesn't reset, does it mean that me and my spouse can sell off this property (if opportunity arises) after say, 2 years down the road after the transfer of ownership?
